| Approach to Management: | Our approach to
project delivery and control during all phases of design and construction is based upon a
Project Team concept. It is the responsibility of our Project Design Team to provide all
work products, deliverables, and management activities for the planning and design phases
of the project. All work tasks will be performed by the specific members of the Project
Design Team which we have specially selected and assembled for the project. We are prepared to give priority service. We provide talented and responsive Project Design Teams with the necessary expertise and professional qualifications required for optimum performance. The design and planning of the project requires a knowledgeable approach. Sensitivity and accountability for design creativity, budget and schedules are the most critical considerations in all projects. They demand an innovative response that essentially meet the needs of all project criteria and expectations. Continuity is crucial to the needs of the project. We believe that our management, organization, and project approach will provide the necessary dedication and commitment required for successful completion. The principal architect will be Dr. Richard J. Fernandes, Architect, AIA, who will be the Project Director throughout all project phases. The Design Team which we propose consists of registered Architects, designers, and qualified technologists. We will provide open, clear, and continuous communication. This will ensure that a timely and continuous monitoring system is provided. This system will measure design performance criteria against available budget and schedule requirements in an accurate and dependable manner.
